Playschool Set Up
Genius Kinderland
Cinta Sayang Resort, Sungai Petani, Kedah
The furthest north we have worked. A tree frame with two slides off it, built into a resort playschool.
That is one of nine rooms we have finished. 6 organisations are named and 2 of them are hospitals.
No two of the 9 are the same kind of work, from a classroom make-over to a hospital therapy room, and every one is photographed after we handed it back. The place is printed under each. Little Caliphs appears three times, at three separate sites, and one of the 9 is published with its place and no company name.
01
Four rooms that were empty when we arrived.
Set Up, in the words our catalogue captions them with. A set up is the easier of the two to quote, because the room is ours to plan. Two of the four are in hospitals.
Homestay Set Up
Kiddo’s Hideout Homestay
Bandar Tropicana Aman, Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor
A working cafe counter with striped awnings, built into a homestay so the children have somewhere to be while the adults sit at the island behind.
Hospital’s Play space Set Up
Hospital Tentera Tuanku Mizan
Seksyen 2, Wangsa Maju
A two storey timber frame in a hospital. The first of the two hospitals, and a play space rather than a therapy room.
Hospital’s Therapy Room Set Up
KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital
Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
The second hospital, and this one is a therapy room. The frame across the wall carries a cargo net, climbing holds, rings and wall bars.
02
Four rooms that already existed.
Make-over, in the words our catalogue captions them with. A make-over has to be built around what is already there: the doors, the windows, the sockets and, in one of these, a sofa that was staying.
Homestay Make-over
Kidtopia On The Farm
Meta Residence, Seri Kembangan
A tree frame with a slide fitted into a room that already had its walls, its doors and its sofa where they are.
AirBnb Make-over
No client named
Maya Bay Residence, Bandar Gamuda Cove, Banting
A bunk with a wall of portholes, an anchor and a lifebuoy, built under a window in a rented flat.
Our catalogue prints the place for this one and no company name, so we are not putting a name to it here.
Classroom Make-over
Little Caliphs
Seksyen 9, Shah Alam
A classroom, not a play space. Green walls with cut clouds standing off them, and the furniture sized for the children who use it.
School Make-over
Little Caliphs
Meru, Ipoh
The largest of the three Little Caliphs jobs. Pastel house frames, a slide, and artificial grass laid across the floor.
03
And one that is not a room at all.
Outdoors, in the words our catalogue captions them with.
Aeroplane Playground
Little Caliphs
Sri Petaling
The only one of the nine that is outdoors, and the only one that is a single object rather than a room. It is lettered IQ AIR down the side.
Yours would be the tenth.
Every photograph on this page is a room we designed, built, delivered and assembled. We have not put a photograph of a child on any of them, and where our catalogue's only picture of a job shows the client's own signage we have used a different frame instead.
Send a photograph of your room with its measurements, or a floor plan if you have one. One complimentary adjustment is included in a 3D design, and each further revision is RM200.00.
